i. When you register with EFE, we will collect your nickname, profile photo, and mobile phone number and any other contact information. Mobile phone numbers are sensitive information and such information is collected to meet the requirements of network real-name system of relevant laws and regulations. If you do not provide such information, you may not be able to use our services normally. You can also choose to fill in the gender, region and other information according to your own needs.

ii. EFE primarily uses the personal information it collects to provide you with: (a) the services and data to which you are entitled; and (b) other information which you have requested. We also may use this personal information when analyzing and improving our services.

iii. EFE will collect learning time and learning information for product analysis and enhancements purposes, and/or any other purpose for improving our services.

iv. We will collect your device model, operating system, the only device identifier, the landing IP address, EFE software/APP version number, access networks way and type, equipment accelerator (such as gravity sensing devices), operation log information.

v. When you make payment through available payment channels on EFE, EFE will collect your relevant billing records for your reference. The above information is sensitive information. Refusing to provide this information will only prevent you from using the payment function of EFE.

vi. EFE may store your personal information in its databases. The information may be retained and used by EFE for a reasonable period, reflecting EFE need to answer queries or resolve problems, provide new and improved services and any data retention requirements of the law.

vii. EFE may retain information after the individual has ceased interacting with us. We retain this information when we have a business purpose to do so, such as user authentication or verification checks.

viii. EFE strives to protect users' information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure.
